The Ultimate Billiards Scramble event hosted by Georgia Billiard Academy on October 21/23 is a fundraising event to assist David Flory, a 16 yr. Army veteran, with the medical expenses associated with a liver transplant. David is currently on the top of the Georgia Transplant list and we want to help his family during this difficult time.

The title sponsor for the event is - http://fanz.com/- a brand new social media web site that is 100% about sports. They have really stepped up to the line in support of this event and hope the AZ family will support…………Fanz.

This event will be played at both the Marietta Billiard Club and Sandy Springs Billiards, in the Atlanta area, using the game of 6 Pocket in a golf type scramble format with 3 person teams. Lots of giveaways, door prizes and a Saturday night party with a DJ and Dancing.

Any donations of product for raffles or any cash donations are greatly appreciated and will be mentioned at the event. Please make checks payable to the “David Flory Fundraiser” mailing address is 270 Cobb Parkway S. Suite 140-206, Marietta, GA 30060.

Just a bumb....

This is not a tournament, it is a fundraiser so, its free to play in and optional to make a donation. Lots of free stuff given away and Chris garuntees a good time.
 
We currently have over 100 participants, so this is shaping up to be one heck of a time. Still have tickets remaining, so hurry and call to get your tickets.

Thanks to our wonderful sponsors, the tickets are free of charge for the event. Free and you get to try a new concept for billiards. Sounds like a winner.

Great event

Having a blast with this 6-pocket. A lot of good teams and a great new game.

This past weekend was a lot of fun and I can wait to get another event in the works. Everyone participating seemed to have a great time.

Definitely have to have to give a big Thank you to fanz.com. These guys are really going to support the billiards community and we should all support them.

A success

Chris did a fantastic job with obtaining sponsors, entries, and the big after party for this event.

In my opinion, the tournament held at two locatiosn simultaneously whos another of Chris' many talents.

I would also like to say THANK YOU to all of the sponsors, Sandy Springs Billiards, Marietta Billiard Club and to all of the entrants who made all of this possible.

For the few on AZ here that did participate and took home the trophies. Good job to you all. All of you represented the area very well.
