I just saw the semi-finals and finals of Reyes vs Pagulayan and Reyes vs Miller. Aside from the first rack, Efren played the most incredible pool I have ever seen! He kept running 8 and out, and also 9 and out. But the way he was going into balls, and breaking up clusters, and going up and down the table to put his opponents in stone cold traps, it was ridiculous! Freddy the beard and Incardona were commentating in the Semifinals, and they were in SHOCK!

For those of you that think Ronnie Allen could have beaten Efren, with both of them in their primes playing 1-pocket, all I have to say for you is NO WAY! When Efren is in dead stroke, he's inhuman!

It makes me wonder, if Efren ever got interested in straight pool, he would probably hold the world record for that in due time. I don't think any human being has ever been able to maneuver the cueball, and go into balls as good as Reyes does. I am still in awe after watching this. In the final match between Reyes/ Miller, I think it lasted like 10 minutes. Jason Miller just had no idea what to do, he was so confused he played like someone who's never played 1-pocket before!

Incredible, absoloutely incredible.

That was about the most amazing 1P I've ever seen. Carrying over from one match to the next, didn't he run something like 30+ straight balls? By which, I mean he got to the shot first & ran out (8), got to the shot first & ran out (16), got to the shot first & ran out (24), got to the shot first & ran out (32), plus whatever balls he ran before starting that streak?

And that thin cut shot, where he sends the cue up past the side before the spin (a *lot* of spin) catches on the head rail, kills its, and then the cue comes right down for perfect shape? Wow! (It's been a while since I've seen it, maybe someone can sketch it on Cuetable -- Freddy and Billy went pretty nuts on that shot, IIRC)

I'm not sure this match is proof that ER beats RA, but anyone taking RA's side of that debate should watch those two matches first. For that matter, anyone who gives a damn about 1P should watch those two matches (both are on the same AccuStats DVD).

And some people can't tell, but Alex was playing superb one-pocket in his loss to Efren.

I'll sell you mine for $22(shipped)

Bazooka: If you have the DVD and kilojo doesn't take it...I will. PayPal good for you?

I was there for the finals but I didnt feel like sitting through the whole match so i went down to the action room before it started and watched some matches down there for 25 minutes. I left to go watch what i figured was the end of game 1-The match was over. People were coming out of the tourney room and everyone of them was talking about something amazing they had just seen. I was so pissed.

Jason Miller who was drilling everyone previously only made 2 balls the entire match and they were both Efren's!!

If nothing else I think that match alone was worth the trip to DCC............................................cant wait until next jan......grrrrrrrrrrr

are there other sources to get this like Ares or BitTorrent? LOL:D
Why not Accustats? It's their DVD & Pat Fleming is one of the good guys in pool...

It cost me like $30 (shipping included) to order the DVD from Accustats. I got the DVD about four days later. Just order it from Accustats.com, or if they sell it here at the marketplace.
