Diamond tables?

Have tried twice thru their 'contact us' link on website. No replys. Asked about closest dealers to me and and pricing on new and tournament (slightly used) tables for sale. Why no answer? Any dealers on this forum to help me out? thank you !!!

I went through the same thing when I bought my Pro Am table new. They are not a big company and the owners and main guys are players also, they are all on the road a lot, specially if there is a tournament or expo, answering back to messages is not always a quick one. I ended up purchasing from Ozone Billiards. If there are two guys that can help you with that, Kenny at Ozone or Heath Manning from Manning Cues, two solid guys to deal with and both are Diamond dealers, my personal experience, good luck!.

What table did you end up getting from Ozone? I've always been able to get thru with Diamond. A Brian and a guy name Aaron I believe. It's been a while now though.

yea, im sorry but this post is silly. If you would of just called them they ALWAYS pick up during business hours. I have never had an issue with them

I have owned Diamond tables since 2000 and think they are the best, but seeing the owner respond like this makes owning a Diamond even better. Very classy thing to do Mr. Sullivan.

Thank you all. The reason why I never just called as someone said, is that I am just trying to get some pricing and availability/timeframe figured out. If i do get one it wont be until this fall most likely. I did not want to seem like a "tire kicker"! ha

Thanks to this post, I have some more info to go from.

Thanks to this post, I have some more info to go from.

There's nothing wrong with getting a conversation going with Aaron or Brian about wanting to buy a Diamond table, even in a year from now. You'll learn a lot about your possible table purchase by the time you pull the trigger, which is way better than calling them up next week to place an order for a table and expecting to get it the following week.

Bought a 9' Pro Am, Chery finish, beautiful table. I'm glad I went with Diamond, was looking at a Brunswick GC but purchased the Pro Am, couldn't be happier.
As mentioned before, they worry about their products, I had an issue with the return system and spoke with Brian on the phone as I as explaining and looking at my table, he saw the solution, sent the mechanics and all good, Thank You Brian!, happy Diamond customer here, love a company that backs up their products.

In other words, can't do any better than a Pro Am.

So, what was the reason you went with a Diamond Pro Am instead of the Gold Crown? It wouldn't have been a few $thousand$ dollars difference in price that was the reason, now, was it?

I ordered my 9 foot Pro Am a couple of weeks ago. Contacted Diamond and they have me the local distributor's number. Paid my deposit and it should be ready in around 10 weeks. It has been hassel free dealing with Diamond.

as someone who sells digital advertising I couldn't disagree more

response time from website form inquiries in 2016 is crucial and your online presence is arguably far greater than anything you're actually selling, for better or worse

this is a complex subject and a quick glance of the Vince Vaughn Google movie might start to give you an idea if you're still stuck in 1995

I contacted Diamond by email and was promptly answered. I started the email by saying I'm just pricing tables didn't seem to matter I received 1st class customer service.

I sent them a message with pretty much the same questions as yours. Within a couple of days they sent me the contact info of the dealer closest to me.

I’m in no hurry to see how this digital age plays out, from my prospective; being stuck in 1995 was a better place and money was worth 5%. The g@$*le complex is for those that want it to be.
