Do you know when the cue was built?

Who refinished the cue?

I can't see the buttcap .. does it have "Howard" buttcap?

Two shafts?

Nice cue .. I love ebony/tulipwood combo

Hay Ho!

The cue is signed on one of the tulipwood points. R Howard 93. I have to wounder if Rick has done the work. I can call and ask. I almost have to guess he did because the signature was not lost.

The cue is $1100.00 ordered from Rick with a one year wait. Because it is not 95% or better it is priced accordingly. The ferrels need polishing. That is the only issue I see with this cue.

Just talked with Mr Rick!

Rick refinished this cue. He made the shafts at that time! The work was done in the last year he thinks.
Thanks,
Nick :)

A Ebony nose R.H.! Someone better jump on this quik before I'm the lucky one playing with it, as we speak I'm counting my nickles & dimes!

Hi Nick,

The price you had it yestersday was a steal. I thought it would be gone this morning. Was seriously considering picking up to this one as it matches the Richard Harris that I picked up. Any trade plus cash on this one?

Regards,
Duc.

I find it ironic that bills are refered to as "dead presidents" when B.Franklin was never a president

^^^ All bills are referred to as Dead Presidents, hence the 'S' in presidents. And it would be to difficult to say "gone get me some dead presidents and an author/inventor/ambassador/etc".

Howard cue

Beautiful cue. I own one very similar. Mine has silver rings above and below the tulipwood rings. Mine was made in 94' and has a 3/8 10 pin. I get compliments on the cue all the time. I've owned all kinds of cues and Rick's are some of the best playing cues out there. Cue is well worth the $$$. Good luck with the sale.

I think I used to own this cue too. Traded a Schon STL-13 with two shafts for it at DCC some years back then sold it on ebay..

Was too heavy for me.. Up towards the 20 oz mark with no weight bolt. Hit good though.. and if it's the same one used to belong to Bruce Berrong.

Hay Josh

It does have some very heavy shafts. How you could get rid of a cue that hits like this one is crazy man! It just doesn't feel much heavier than my 19 oz cues to me.
I may be off on my guess but I will say i too really like the way it hits alot. Ebony is a heavy wood too. But this cues hit is gold!
Nick :)

This cue isn't heavy Josh.

There is a weight bolt. The cue can go a 3/4 of a ounce lighter or heavier.
The balance is about 10 inches below the joint. It is perfect.
Thanks,
Nick :)
