If you go to probilliardstour.com and see what he looks like there, I’m not sure it‘s the same person. Wired to say the least!
It's definitely Kimmer. The useful advice unwittingly conveyed by the video is;
"Don't rush out get a haircut 10 minutes after waking from a hangover, even if you did cut out that 1/2 price coupon from the Pennysaver."

Maybe that's the problem right there!
Right after the video, there is a "playing next" video of him with Mike Sigel, and he looks exactly the same. And he sounds exactly the same.
You can "still have your doubts" all you like, but that is 100%, absolutely Kim Davenport.
If it's not him how did they upload the video to the Pro Billiards Tour YouTube channel?
