Its one of only a few cues I own. If I sell two of them I will quit pool for good. :) But really, I figure since this is the classified II board I wanted to join in.

I agree Joe, have at it. Seems it's ok now to advertise here as long as they are nice cues, I'm not sure who the judge is, but I'm sure you can keep up. Let's see more.

Jim

PS Nice cue

Joe,
Very Nice Classic Cue, And A Wonderful Part Of Pool History. I Think It's A Shame How Underappreciated Mr. Paradise Is. He Was Using Materials That Everyone Else At The Time Was Afraid Of.

Thats always puzzled me to.. he practically taught Balner. Luckily for me in NJ, I know people who knew him and Balner personally and I get some great stories. Jack Colavita worked as a machinist and helped Frank out once in a while, he told me a few whoppers.

Frank died in the late 60's, I heard that Palmer bought the machinery, but I cannot confirm that. I heard it from an old timer in West End billiards. If you talk to Pete ask him. I heard Pete Margo has been hitting some balls at guys and dolls in Bellville maybe I will leave my card and see if he will call me.

No I never heard of Clauss...

If I did, and I knew it was for your friend, I would take it to the grave.

Maybe a different picture without a price tag would have been better. OTOH, there seems to be little regard for any rules, so who cares?

Fred <~~~ cared
