This new Event Calendar was designed to better cater for sporting associations managing affiliated clubs and their event calendars. As a central focal point for all affiliated clubs, each club can plan their events for the year while avoiding clashes with other events that can reduce participation which in turn can reduce prize monies, etc.
1. Categories for each sporting type.
2. Each association has its own calendar and affiliated clubs.
3. Associations can require moderation before seen publicly.
4. Moderation will notify the association by email.
5. Each association can add/edit member’s assets only.
6. Each club can add/edit their own assets only.
7. Associations and clubs color-coded for easy distinction.
8. Associations can be managed by multiple users.
9. Clubs can be managed by multiple users.
10. Users can retrieve lost passwords via email.
11. Association calendars list “open” events only.
12. Club calendars list both “open” and “member” events.
13. Search by sport, association, club, country and state.
14. Online page editor for adding images and PDF entry forms.
Associations can use a Fixed Calendar link to display their affiliate’s events: https://ballstream.com/calendar/?cal=100000
Individual Clubs can use a Club Calendar link to display both their OPEN and MEMBER events, plus the events of their Association’s affiliates: https://ballstream.com/club/?cal=100000
Info sites can use the Search Calendar to explore all events, sorted by sport, association, club, country and state: https://ballstream.com/events/
Webmasters have the choice of using either link above on their web pages or on Facebook. Or they can display either link in an iFrame on their own web pages. See the user-guide at https://ballstream.com/event-calendar-user-guide.asp
