Same here, I was expecting ivory joint, inlays, ferrules etc.....

well i think he meant that its loaded for the type of cue that it is. it's kinda like when u hear people say loaded or fancy southwest. then u open the thread and it looks like a normal southwest except it has all the rings etc.
 
me puts glasses on,opens thread looks for ivory,veneers,ivory joint,ivory ferrules,me finds none of the above,me thinks seller loaded not cue.
