I got 500 pieces of old paper based micarta ferrules and a couple of joints & buttcaps. These are not Westinghouse micarta ferrules. It's identical to the old micarta ferrules that were used in SW cues during 1990 to 1995 before they switched to melamine. $25 per piece. If you took more than 5 pieces shipping is on me, otherwise $10 shipping. Paypal preferred. I won't break like other paper based ferrules so no worries.
