Before Lee Peppers got sick and overloaded with work, he had built some really nice cues. I have one of them. This one is signed "LPeppers '12", and is a gorgeous ebony full-splice into a curly red maple forearm. The veneers are red/black/red/black, and the work is super. It has a solid Elforyn joint and an Elforyn Hoppe ring. Take a look at the pix. It has only been test-hit.

-Shaft: 3.6oz, 13mm, Elforyn ferrule, black layered tip with red pad
-Radial stainless pinned, solid Elforyn joint
-Black phenolic joint collars with Szamboti style dash rings..maple/black/red
-Beautifully figured curly red maple forearm
-Four ebony points with 4 veneers, red/black/red/black..see pix for details
-Textured black leather wrap
-Solid ebony butt sleeve
---Cue is an ebony full-splice into curly red maple w/leather wrap

Agreed, while things turned sour with his deliveries, the man made some great playing/looking cues.

Nice cue Joe.

Beautiful cue. Lee's execution looks flawless on this cue. I bet it plays as good as it looks.Good luck on the sale Joe.

i think lee peppers mistake was his endeavor to build customs to order.
his work is/was good, as anyone can see by the photo's posted, excellent.

problem was, he was cheap, inexpensive, this brought alot of bullcrap to his door.
truly a shame to let this good of a talent waste away.
