Heard about an oil rig explosion of the coast of LA and my first thought was of our friend. Anyone in contact with him? Just wanted to make sure he is alright.

Just heard on the news that all the workers have been accounted for...a few minor injuries, but nothing serious.
He probably wasn't even there, but it was my first thought when I heard the news.
Sounds like everything is well.

Now, Yahoo news says there are still 11 missing. I don't know what to believe. But still, with all the oil rigs in the gulf, odds are that the ghost isn't even involved. I would still like to hear from him just to confirm it.

No need to worry fellas!

It did happen in my area, about 20 miles away from us, we could see the fire last night and if they don't put it out then I'm sure we will see it again.

don't yall worry if I ever get stuck b/h the 8 ball like that....no worries I'll just 3 rail kick my way out :)

You don't have to worry about Ghost, he's a little tougher than most.
Glad he's OK though.
 
its the fish I'm worried about more than anything if i got to get in that water, hell its very clam weather out here and the gulf is like glass almost for the past few days.

the fish THEN the sharks, then the hypothermia in this kind of weather.

you should see those little sh*t eater fish and the trigger fish, i seen them make old roasts disappear....you thought it was piranhas lol.

don't get eaten by the mullet,:cool:
