I agree Dean....we're humans, sometimes we goof. I learned early on...first in retail setting with customers and then in a clinic billing dept setting with patients....people will almost always respond favorably if you don't blow sunshine up their butt, and tell them you will do your best to help them. Honesty and accountability is all they really want.
