I have new balls and I feel like a new man

I had a cheap set of balls that came with the table. (40 dollar cheap set)

But came to this website and started reading about how balls can make a difference. So I ordered a brand new set of Super Aramith Pro's for 126.30, I got them last night, and wow, the difference in the balls is night and day. They glide so much better than my others, and just the sound alone is totally different. I get a sharp crack now, instead of a dull thud when the balls hit each other. The only thing I don't like is that I almost never knock the cue ball off the table in a break, and last night I played 7 games, and knocked it off 3 times. But other than that these babies were worth every penny

$108.90 shipped - Super Aramith Pro

Sorry, shameless plug. :D

Yeah, it makes a HUGE difference to go from a dull set of cheap balls to the Cadillac, doesn't it!

Roscoe,

Are you in Springfield, IL or in Austin, TX? I bought something from you, don't remember what...lol. I'm come to Sprintfield from time to time as that's where my Dad lives.

LOL - third time today I've been mistaken for Joe at Nielsen's.

My name is Ross, I live in Austin, TX. Joe is a friend of mine who in essence, he helps me, I help him by helping grow his business. :D

I searched the net and found an what I thought was an awesome deal on them. I got a brand new set at Ozone Billiards (factory sealed) for 126.30 with a online code, and free shipping. I said sealed, because you have to watch some E-bayers. They will send you a box sometimes that has been opened. (I'm not pointing fingers at anyone here, but I've heard stories).

Here is the link, for anyone interested, it's the best deal I could find, and I looked forever. The code for the 5 % discount was "mem03", that is what dropped them to 126.30

If that is still not the code, call the 1800 number and ask for the discount code, 9 times out of ten most places will tell you. That's how I got it.

Yes,you do need to watch.I've seen some sellers that would put a cheap set of balls in a Super Pro box and claim them are Super Pros, you've got to look closely and compare the balls in the photo to the balls on Saluc's website.

New balls

Wish I could afford some new balls. Mine have seemed to have shrunk a little with my last birthday. Makes it hard racking them at the V!!! ....<grin>

No really, my good friend, Brenda McMinn in Tulsa, (Shane's mother), told about an English Bulldog they have at her work, that is the company's official mascot, that had to be neutered, and the company paid a vet $3,000 to put a GOLD set of balls back on him so he would not get a complex, and would feel more 'doggy'. They interviewed company employees for being the dog's keeper, and they have to bring the dog to work every single day. They also got special bennies and a company car for being the dog's keeper. Gold balls, imagine that !!! True story ...

Centennials vs. Super Aramith

What's the difference between Brunswick Centennials and Super Aramiths? Which are better?

The only difference is the appearance, the Centennails have a black circle around the number and the Super Pros don't.There can't be any difference in how they play,Saluc makes them both and you know they wouldn't make the Centenials with tighter tolerances than their best balls. The Centennials are more expensive,it costs about $50. to put Brunswick on the box.

All you got is your word and your balls. Don't break 'em for nobody...
Cheers. Now get the "measle" cue ball. I got one and love it...

Do an eBay search for measles cue ball. But.....be prepared to pay about $50
