I wish I own this..one of the best looking cue i've seen.

I just can't stop looking at this cue...SOB i envy who ever owns this.....only thing i'd change is to have a birds-eye handle instead of a linen wrap other than that it's freakin SICK! The points are soo sharp it hurt me eye.

Yeah that's a pretty nice Southwest. I played a guy this weekend who had a refinished 80's birdseye SW with a custom matching Extreme shaft on it. Super nice cue. Just like anything...you wish you bought them before they became expensive.

Pls don't remind me of that. I should have ordered a 6-pt SW back in 96. Less than a K then. :rolleyes:

Don't worry, these cues WILL be for sale, but I'm sure they won't go cheap. Here's what they'll look like:

1. Ebony Fore/Ebony points with white/black/white veneers, black w/white spec wrap, and A&B rings.

2. Ebony Fore/Maple points with maple/green/black veneers, white w/double black spec wrap and A&B rings.

3. Ebony Fore/Amaranth (purple heart) points with a single maple veneer, white w/double black spec wrap, and A&B rings.

I think they'll be made in that order, too.

jeebus krist......i don't think i'd have the patience for that...it's probably gonna kill me softly inside waiting for a cue that long. But if the reward is priceless then it's worth the wait right.
 
Sweet cue. I saw a Southwest of the same design with a goncalo alves forearm and butt sleeve and birdseye points and butt ring. I really like goncalo alves, and Southwest uses the nicest I've seen. That kind of medium brown wood and birdeye look great together.

I don't know about "Priceless", but they will be worth quite a bit more than I paid for them, and that's why I ordered them! It helps if you think of it as more of a long term investment than a present...

Even though it WILL seem like Christmas when they arrive!!!
