I wish the Wanted For Sale section had a category for cues under $300.

I wish the Wanted For Sale section had a category for cues under $300 (or however much is affordable to most poor pool players).

It is so hard to find cues that are under $300 on this forum.

Mostly everything I see is very high end, and way too expensive (for me anyways).

Everyone wants really very high prices for their cues, so I just wish that AZ could create a section for cues that are under $300 (or under a certain price), and another section for the really high end cues (that are over a certain price).

Maybe ever 3 sections (1 for cues not more than $150, 1 for cues not more than $300, and another one for all other cues over $300 (or maybe $500).

I do not know, it is just an idea.

I assume that everyone will probably laugh at me for posting this silly thread.

I am just having trouble finding a good cues for around the $200 price range, and all that I can find are really high end cues.

Where are all of the cheaper priced cues?

How many pages do I need to scroll through to find a good quality cue for around $200, to $300?

As a thought...you should make a post that is titled...looking for quality cue in $300 range. I know there is a lot of high end stuff on here...but there are plenty of people that I am sure have a $300 cue laying around.

EBay IS the the low end cue forum for AZ
On a more serious note Prulhiere cues is a AZ member and sells some fairly inexpensive players on eBay and post them in the wanted for sale forum

It does have a way to find them. Post a WANTED ad for cues $300 and less and the people who currently have such cues, even if not listed, will come and find you.

like bees to honey, GREAT POST!!!!

I'd bet you can remember back in the mid to late 90's you
could find real "sleepers" on eBay for Cheap.
I filled out my Palmer collection at great prices during those years.

Now and then I see a bargain on eBay, but a zillion other
guys are looking at the same listings.

I will 2nd the recommendation for Prulhiere Cues
and also Jim Baxter's Cues. Both are priced right
and offer Quality Craftsmanship. I have two of
Jim's Customs and couldn't be more pleased.

When I first started looking for a cue, I took folks advice here and checked out the For Sale forum. And I ran into the same difficulty as the OP did.

If the header listing simply had the price, it would be simple, no need for a seperate section. But toomany listings wont even have a price at all, let alone in the title.

AZB For Sale is for collectors, and flippers. I bought production, and will again.
