It's George Plain Jane Birdseye Player

Looking to sell or trade my George BEM Plain Jane. Cue is in excellent original shape with a few dings (the worst pictured). This cue makes a great player. Looking for 500.00 firm or 600.00 in trade.

Butt 14.9oz
Shaft 4.0oz (dont have calipers on me 12.3-12.7mm)

^^^ As I'm not the owner, I cannot say for sure. It should be, BUT, be ware, these cues had an irregular pin that would not allow their shafts to go on other cues.
