Man, I love it. If not for the ivory, i'd have bought it already.

What a beautiful cue

I have heard that Brazillion Rosewood is
a great playing wood

also good for musical instuments

Who knows why

Here's a little info Deano >>> https://www.seymourduncan.com/blog/the-tone-garage/different-woods-different-tones

I had Jerry build this particular cue for me; he used a really old piece of Brazilian Rosewood which is darker than alot of pieces. It's my understanding that it's becoming increasing hard to find nice larger pieces such as the one used for this build.

The idea of using a particular wood for alot of us is the tone/resonance/feel which is distinct and possibly more desirable ~ a personal taste thing to some degree.

IMHO, this particular cue is a steal of a deal at this price :thumbup2:

I had him make me one with pre-war Brunswick colored veneers...was told the Braz was 100 years old. Beautiful tone/vibration and feel. Now that he's retired/retiring, his cues will be hard to find...I know mine's never for sale. :)
