Kamui break tip

I have it on my cue.

Very hard tip, just as hard as any other break tip out their I've tried. It's definitely as advertised I can put more control on the break.

Other break tips I've used are the BK rush tip, Samsara Break, Tiger ice breaker. Just as hard as them, but i can control it like a playing tip.

Got it on my break cue as well - liked how I can control my break better than the original phenolic tip. Hardness? as Zerksies mentioned, almost similar to the phenolic, but with more control. Worth trying, I think 😁

I put it on two different cues with the same result. My old Break cue and BK Rush.

The tip does jump too. I swapped shafts on my BK & Air Rush. I'm not an expert at jumping but i can get it off the ground.

I installed this last week on my daily break cue. It rapidly became my favorite break tip. Both of my break cues came with Phenolic which I just didn't care for. I switched one to White Diamond and all I did was create a miscue machine. On my other, I installed a Bulletproof. It was okay but did not hold chalk very well and in my opinion, sucked for jumping. I then pulled off the White Diamond and installed a Samsara on Cue 1 and pulled off the Bulletproof and installed the SAI tip on Cue 2. I'm very happy with the SAI; it holds chalk great, doesn't mushroom, gives good control, and I've yet to miscue.

Interesting thing about the SAI tip. The back comes with a surface that has a texture. I attached these with no surface prep so that the texture could help with adhesion. I checked for flatness prior to install and they were very flat. Shaping was a piece of cake as well.

Biggest problem now? I have about 20 break tips of all different kinds on hand, and will likely never use them. :(

I installed one on my Becue break cue, it came with the Samsara, I miscued with that tip a lot which I will take the blame for and the tip popped off which the tip is blamed for so maybe just a tip that doesn't work for me, had the Kamui control break tip installed, not as hard as phenolic or the Samsara but breaks well and like it says a controlled break, since I have been using the new tip I have been able to add some more power to the break without worrying about miscues

I've now installed dozens of these tips with 100% positive feedback. This is my go-to break tip that I recommend for all of my customers.
