My stepson is a full-time firefighter near Fort Worth, Texas. He works long shifts protecting our community, yet he’s also an incredibly talented carpenter. When I mentioned how hard it is to find a quality Pool Keno (Kelly Pool) board, he decided to start handcrafting them as a side passion.

Every single board is 100% American-made — built by hand in Texas with pride, precision, and premium materials. There are no imports, no mass production, and no shortcuts. When you buy one of these boards, you’re directly supporting a young American family man who is working hard to provide for his growing wife and children while still serving his community as a first responder.

This isn’t just a game piece — it’s a beautiful, heirloom-quality piece that brings friends and family together for hours of fun. People of every age and skill level love Pool Keno; it’s simple to learn, endlessly replayable, and turns any pool table into the center of the heart of the party.

These boards are custom-made for 9-foot tables in the current run.

Price: $500 + shipping

(Buyer pays actual shipping cost — I will gladly calculate an exact quote for you. Local pickup near Fort Worth is also welcome at no extra charge.)

Your purchase doesn’t just get you an outstanding, handcrafted game — it helps a young firefighter dad put food on the table and build a brighter future for his little ones. Thank you for considering keeping your dollars here at home and supporting American craftsmanship.

These will make amazing Christmas gifts 🎁

I don't have a need, but as a fellow woodworker working out of a very limited space, I always enjoy seeing what others can do in a small shop.

A unique project, nicely done. 👍

I watched a movie on YouTube a couple night ago, "All Eyes on Her", a pool movie. They were hustling a game of pool
I had not seen before, with a board similar to yours. It's a very good movie IMO.
Can anyone tell me more about this game or the one in the movie. Looked like they were in the South.

What is Keno Pool?

Keno Pool is a fun gambling game played on a normal pool table.

It uses the 15 colored balls (numbers 1 to 15) and a special wooden board with holes that has numbers on it.

The board sits at one end of the table and covers the two pockets there.

How to start

• Everyone puts the same amount of money in the middle (this is called the pot).

• Put the 15 balls in the triangle rack at the normal spot.

• One player breaks (hits the balls hard) from the other end of the table.

How to play (very easy rules)

• Players take turns. Each player gets only one shot each turn.

• You can hit any ball you want. You do not have to say which ball or pocket.

• When a ball goes into a hole on the wooden board, you get points.

• Points = ball number + hole number
Example: ball 7 goes in hole 5 → you get 12 points.

• You write your points on paper so everyone can see.

How to win the money

There are three fast ways to win everything right away:

1. Same number ball and hole (example: ball 8 in hole 8) → you win instantly.

2. Any ball goes in a special “KENO” hole → you win instantly.

3. The white cue ball goes in the hole marked 16 (after you hit a colored ball) → you win instantly.

If no one wins fast, keep playing and adding points.

The first player to reach 61 points or more wins all the money.

If you reach exactly 61 (not 62 or 63), many places give you double money.

What happens if you scratch (white ball goes in a pocket or on the board)

• It is a foul.

• The next player can put the white ball anywhere behind the line.

• You still keep the points you made on that shot.

When all balls are gone and no one has 61 yet

Put the balls back in the rack and play again. Money stays in the pot and gets bigger.

That’s all! Very simple game: one shot each turn, try to put balls in the numbered holes, first or reach 61 points first wins.
Thank you

Great looking work! He could also make an Amos and Andy board. I never played Keno...we always played Amos and Andy. Fun and simple game. You got an Amos and Andy sticker at top middle which pays double and Then you got an Amos sticker in the 2nd row and Andy in the second row which wins. Here is the Game Rules: Amos & Andy Rules and here is like the board we had. Brings back Memories He Aso could get some
nice pill bottles and pills as a bonus add on. Hope this helps on some ideals.

Instead of doing the words Amos and Andy he could also do stickers of the actual characters which i think is pretty cool on the old original boards.45416_3_2.jpg45416_4_2.jpg45416_5_2.jpg
