Prices are set in stone. If you get dealer status you get better prices. Anyone not conforming will be tarred, feathered, stabbed, shot, and dragged naked through the countryside as per Kamui policy.....
 
If you just want one or two, have the local repair guy put them on. If you do repairs, apply for repair authorization and you will get(shy of becoming a distributor) the same "wholesale" price as everyone else.
