Please help me get my cue back from martyne!
We sent our Spain cue to Martyne Bauchmen in February 2010 for authentication. She answered calls once in a while when we would call to check progress. She was full of excuses as to why she has done nothing with the cue. Eventually, she just quit answering her phone and emails altogether. Now we have no cue,no answers and nowhere to turn. I've read that we aren't the only ones who have had this problem with her. Does anyone have any ideas as to how we can simply have our cue returned to us??
