This guy lives near me. I might look him up and see if he wants to shoot a few games some time. :thumbup:

I'm kind of thinking about that.

I wonder if he's online? Maybe he would like to join?

I could at least maybe get some pics of the cue for the gallery with some close-ups of his initials in it.

As far as how I do, well, I don't worry about that too much these days....no pressure. :wink:

I think I found his number online. Just wondering how to introduce myself. I have been shooting with my own cue for the last 26 years or so....maybe that is the angle, I am touched by his story.....the simple truth is probably the best. I just like to play now...pleasant like.... :wink:

Of course they will. And they will get Bruce Willis for me since he has my hair style and charisma. :)

Man,,last time I was cast, they tried to get Don Knotts to play me but he was unavailable !!

When and if you call George Harrison, just tell him I , Alan Ende put up a link on AZB,,,I don't think he's familiar with AZ or any other forums but I know it would brighten his day,,,,

He's a great guy,,,fun to talk with as is his son,,,,,

What a great story... you sell him a cue where there were millions made, and sell him his old cue...

I just got a chance to speak to his son, Steve initially when the cue was shipped to his [old address] which appeared in the checkout,,,he had to track the cue and book [ in seperate packages down] which he ultimately did,,,,
Then,,,when his dad , George received the cue,,he called me to tell me the story of it's 40 year journey,,,,

So,, in that way, I know him but have never met them in person,,,

To this day, I can't believe it either,,,,but I'm elated that his dad got the cue back,,unreal,,,,,!!

Wow.

I think I am going to contact him. This is just too cool. I would love to knock some balls around with him and just talk. I have a feeling it would be great. :)
