A little painful watching Wimpy playng such mediocre pool. I saw him in his prime, and watching him play this kind of pool brought back memories of when I watched my friend Irving Crane compete in the 1986 World Open straight pool event in Philadelphia with greatly diminished skills.

Rodd said:ESPN aired the whole event last year about this time. I taped all of them. Great seeing them all play. I have fond memories of seeing most of them play in person. Not to mention playing Balsis and Mosconi. I'd imagine in time they will show all those matches again.
