I think it was made by Mike Miller, but he doesn’t think so since it’s not signed.

Wrap seems to alternate black with white, white with black.

Am I missing a logo? 99.9% sure that is not a Tucker

There’s no logo. I don’t know who made it. Came from the daughter of a NYC player, collector, and pool patron.

I thought for sure Mike Miller made it, but he thinks not without a sig..

Interestingly, the only other cue that I’ve seen with this wrap pattern (unless I’m seeing it wrong) is a Michael Morgan.

I got it with a group of cues from the early 2000’s.

What is the logo. If there wasn't a weight bolt it would resemble a very old Rick Howard.
