This is in my collection and made by a friend of mine named Mike Kiem from Pa. This is maybe the 5th cue he had made at the time (about 10 years ago)It started out life as a house cue. He added the stacked rings I layed out above the wrap and in the butt, then cut he points through them. We indexed the rings so the shine of the end grain wood alternates 90 deg. as you roll the cue. The points are Ebony, and if you look real hard you can see the points have vaneers on the one side and about half way through the point. The small points are blood wood. The joint is purple heart wood with basically a meucci style pin. We used Corian for the ferrules and that gave it a very distinctive hit, kinda hard/crisp. The cue is very light at just 18oz.

thanks for looking..Gerry
