For anyone here who's thinking of calling Jeff and talking about a cue, I say do it quickly. Look at the close up of the points on the second cue down. The one with the black, orange, yellow, and red veneers. When you follow the center line of the veneers up the middle, where is the obligatory glue line? I'll tell ya fellas, IT AIN'T THERE

jeff olney said:if you look closely you can always see glue lines in veneers, 45's or overlapping. it is one of the first things you should look at when buying a cue with colored veneers, myself i look at the shaft first then the butt veneered points. the tips should be sharp and close to even in length and how visable the glue lines are. jeff olney
