I didn't know there was a picture of my latest foster cue on the internet!! Now i can show everyone. Its actually just a plain ebony cue with leather wrap, tuned for playability not looks :D. Hopefully next time i can afford looks and playability.

My Cue is the one on the Very bottom, I am holding it displaying the wrap and buttcap.

Hey fxskater, nice looking cue. I think the cues made of ebony always look nice. Since Doug has updated his site he's got my cue pictured also. It's the # 51.

I go to Doug's every friday night, and i got to watch your cue in every step of the creation process. All i have to say is i am one JEALOUS individual!! That is that absolute most beautiful functional cue that i have seen of Dougs. There are a few other fancy butterfly splice cues that i like just as much for looks, but I am a huge fan of his HEX-Butt design. The woods selected are scond to none, both in species, and grade. Don't walk down any dark alleys with that cue!

If anyone wants to see the best playing and looking cue that i have ever seen look here.

The picture doesnt quite do it justice. You can't see all the fine details in the wood.

Thanks for the nice compliment. The hex buttcapp feels great. Doug did a fantastic job on this cue. He deserves all the credit.
Wish I was closer so I could hit balls with you guys on Friday nights.

The only thing i was wondering is if you use this cue as your main playing cue? The beauty comes second to the playability and feel of the Hex-butt design.

Yep I use this as my main playing cue. I love the way it plays and feels. I couldn't put this in a case and just look a it and not shoot with it.

Dam that is way a cue should look..No wrap ..and sexy wood work..

The sad thing is that Doug and I have come up with about 5 different cue designs for me, and all i want now is a copy of your cue. But of course i wouldn't wanna do that to you so i am going with similar wood selection, but a 2 large point and 2 small point, layed butterfly splice. The bad thing too is that i already have a couple fosters and Doug is trying to get his cues in the hands of players that don't have one, so i gotta wait till he's not busy, which seems like it will never happen :). I could prolly get one quickly if I paid cash up front, but i never have the money. Don't get me wrong though, Doug does not have a long waiting list for new or out of town buyers.

The ebony and tulipwood combination is hard to beat. I think the ebony cues are my favorites of all I have. I'll bet a layered butterfly splice will look awesome too.
