Need help to confirm cuemaker, McWorter?

Picked this cue up around 10 years ago from a friend and have now been playing with it as of late.
Well, its seen better days and is in need of a refinish, rewrap, new ferrule, basically the works haha.
I have been trying to figure out what kind of cue it is as there is no marking and the best I can come up with is an early McWorter.

About how much would you guys figure that it would be worth in current and restored condition and would you all recommend someone in particular to get the work done?

I have been using a Tiger LD shaft with it and like the way it plays, have to admit it really does have a nice hit to it but if I could take that same shaft and get a Gilbert JB and a butt that fits the Tiger shaft it would probably be out the door haha.

Thanks for any help or information!!

This cue reminds me of mine quite a bit.

Looks like it to me.
I would get pics to him. He will confirm it (or not).
I sold a similar cue for $1100 after I had it refinished.
Good luck.

Have sent the same set of pictures off to him around a week ago and unfortunately have come up dry with a reply, which is what brought this post about.

Given there is probably ~$350 worth of work that would need to be done would you consider it better to get it restored before sell/trade or go with it as it is?
Would allow people the option of going with their preferred party to get the work done on one hand but on the other its not all shiny atm hahaha.
