Is the Lambros Ultra joint the same as a Uniloc Radial Pin that has had a pilot added to the shaft which goes into the joint sleeve in the butt. I have a Zinzola that I need shaft caps for.

i think for the zinzola a 3/8 10 radial pin jp will work for you..

The normal Radial Pin caps are meant for flat faced joints. Tony adds a pilot to the shaft for his radial pin joints.
