I was asked to post this on AZ billiards.

PRESS RELEASE
It's often said, for those who know God, no explanation is necessary. For those who do not know him, no explanation will suffice.
I am almost at a loss for words trying to explain or understand how this situation with my website happened! First and foremost, I apologize for any inconvenience that it caused anyone. I only recently learned of the dilemma and will make every attempt to right any wrong or confusion that has quite obviously happened in the last four years. I was literally awestruck to learn of letters, emails and requests that went unanswered.
I thought I would be able to pass from this life without becoming computer literate. I was wrong! You have my word that nothing like this will happen in the future. My website "trickshooter.net" will not be online much longer but I can be reached at my email address: www.trickshooter@excite.com.
It's confusing to me, as well known as I am in this industry, why somebody didn't raise a flag. I'm not placing blame now or every will and most know that my word is my bond. I have been literally trying my entire life to promote this great game to bring it out of its cocoon. I would never intentionally let correspondence and appearance requests go unanswered.
When I produced my video, which has now been converted to DVD, and the website has been first installed, I was told it was not getting any activity. Because I am a perfectionist personified, I did not believe my video to be professional enough. To add to that, Billiard Digest gave it a negative review. So I figured the project would eventually be canned, selling a few at my exhibitions and giving several away. To my pleasant surprise, however, due to the popularity of artistic pool on TV, several have requested my video (hence the reason for DVD) and literally everyone that I come into contact with and have seen the video like it very much. Go figure!
I hope all concerned will forgive my ignorance and accept my sincere apology. Contrary to the opening paragraph, I hope this explanation does suffice and YES- I am still available to do exhibitions.
Majors I still make every effort to participate in:
January- Derby City Classic- Louisville, KY
March- Allen Hopkins Exposition- Valley Forge, PA
May- BCA Super Seniors- Las Vegas,NV
Please do not hesitate to contact me via my email address: trickshooter@excite.com
Sincerely,
George Middleditch
P.S. A personal thank you to Jim Rempe for nominating me to the Hall of Fame in 2008.
