I want them all !! Just need some money!! Chris at Palmercollector was nice enough to guide me to this site. I have had a PB10 for 18 years and I have a PB9 also. I don't know what kind of tip is on the PB10 but I have been breaking with it at 100 mph for 18 years and it's still good :o)
I want a nicer Palmer now. Like an "m" or jkl or 20 :o) I guess I need to sell some stuff on EBAY lol.
You guys have a nice site here, so many helpful and friendly people :o)
thanks dana

Thanks Chris, I forgot, duh, I mave a Meucci Orginal Gambler too ! The thing I like about it also is that it's 19 1/2 oz. 12 1/2 mm exactly like my PB10 :o)

Wondering how the hit and deflection compares? Are the tapers similar?

As far shooting I'm predjudiced ! Palmer !! 18 years, it's part of me :o) The Gambler shoots fantastic also. When I'm shooting good LOL it doesn't matter which stick I have. If i'm off with one a little I'll switch to the other to get back in the groove for the night.I just don't break with the Gambler . I don't know if the tip is as good as the PB10, so I'm not going to take a chance :o) The taper is identical to the pb10, at least I haven't noticed a difference :o)
When I get a higher grade Palmer with fragile Ivory and stuff, I won't break with it.
thanks dana

Is this one collectable?

That's the rare Palmer Smithsonian Bud with the 200 mm tip. You must be proud. Their motto was "Don't get stuck. Take the plunge with a Budweiser".
