Got a PM from a member about this, it's a story why he did not just post it himself, so here it is..

The cue he means seems to he produced by M.A. Luscher. They were a firm out of Rochester NY until the 1960s. I am saving my 1000th post or I would answer myself. They made house cues and 2 pieces for home tables.
