Just looking for info (if there is any) on the pool scene in Linton, Indiana.

I believe there is room on Main Street, but I did not see it.

Thanks for any input.

I had to google Linton to see where thats at... Looks pretty far out there as in not real close to anything? I cant help you I'm in Indy but I can say at the state tournament the southern IN APA teams were pretty solid, should be some competition there somewhere. Good luck though!

The closest APA is being played 30 miles away from there according to their website.

Hopefully there is an AZer out there with a little local info.....

Seems to me that I remember someone talking about a bar that ran small tournaments once in a while.

If Im thinking of the right town, I remember seeing a sign with an 8 ball on it just south of the main drag. I dont remember the street to turn south on, but I think there was a stop light at the intersection. And there arent many stop lights in Linton LOL :)

I could be thinking of the wrong town, I was never in the bar. Im just going off of memory from driving through.

I have heard the tables at Imperial in Terre Haute are going to be recovered, so hopefuly we may get a decent place to play again.

Yes, I think your right, the "8 ball" in on Main St.
Didn't get a chance to stop in last week, but will be back next month and will check it out. I will be spending quite a bit of time in that area, hoping to find a nice location to play.

Played at Imperial, some tables looked really rough when I was their last summer, one guy pointed out the best GC table to play on.

Thanks,
Dom
