I had the cue companion about 20 years ago. It's really nice stuff, especially if you're new to repairs, no spinning chucks to remove skin etc.
Above he said it's the base model, that's pretty limited in what you can do with it, no large headstock, smaller motor. It's 1500 new, I wouldn't pay more than 9 used. It is pretty portable though.
You can get the bigger headstock and motor. Matter of fact, I'm pretty sure that if you buy it with the upgrade you get 2 headstocks, one for shafts, one for joints and butts so it's not like the headstock on it is a waste.
