Rail cushion installation

What type of adhesive is recommended to glue cushions to the table rails? I'm going to replace the cushions on my Diamond w/Artemis cushions but unsure if ordinary contact cement or silicone adhesive will work or is there a special adhesive that is normally used? TIA

I use 3M Scotch Grip

I used laminate counter top contact cement. I am sure their is a "recommended" glue but you could use anything that will not loose its hold.

The stuff I used will NEVER come loose. It may be a pain to replace down the road but that should be years into the future.

Just good old fashioned contact cement works sporty.... Make sure you get the stuff that's bad for the enviroment though, the newer cements are a pain in the butt to work with, and they don't hold as well.
