Chris - Ty for the kind words

If those photos aren't good enough, please let me know. I was in a rush when I shot them.

Pictures came out rather well...
Slow to download but nice pictures.

The cue looks really very nice.
Sharp conversion.
Good luck with the sale.

Is the cue signed or stamped or somehow identified as Rick Howard's conversion?

Also, why id the joint pin different from his standard 3/8x11 thread?

I am pretty sure I saw the cue before Rick went to the Allen Hopkins trade show. Nice cue he was literally leaving to get on the plane. I told him he was selling it too cheap. He just laughed.

WOW!!! Another cuemaker you know by first name .. you never seem to amaze me Nick!!!

Since you seen the cue in person, can you help me with my questions?

Is the cue signed or stamped or somehow identified as Rick Howard's conversion?

Also, why id the joint pin different from his standard 3/8x11 thread?

Jazz - This cue was purchased at Dick Abbott's booth at this past Expo (the 1st one) right after Rick dropped it off personlly. He may has signed it under the wrap, but not sure. They (Rick or Dick) can be contacted and will have no problems Identifiing this cue as a Howard cue
**This cue is a 3/8 x 11 pin ty for pointing out my mistake.

Nick - This is that very cue, good memory

** This is also not "Sleeved" joint collar, it is a "Full" joint

Hummm .. looking at the photos, it looks like 3/8x10 pin

I don't think Rick has made many like that! WOW!

I was fortunate to live in Ft. Walton beach for a few years in the late 90's and got to know Rick a little bit. I (and most others down there) played with one of his cues, visited his shop (and that giant Grizzly that guards it...I mean Rottweiler LOL) once or twice.

Rick is a nice guy, great cuemaker, and great player! That is some beautiful work, and $1000 seems extremely reasonable for a cue like this. Good luck!

Too bad

This one is coming to me. I will let you all know how sweet it is and sorry folks it is for a buddy sold before it arrved! And I will take it to Rick and let him tell me how lucky I am before shipping!
