Yes, but aim a little closer to the corner than parallel.Looks like a basic 2 rail kick system. Find a line from the pocket that bisects the 2 balls. Then shoot into the rail parallel to that line.

Looks like he was pointing through the 10 ball at the scoring point on the bottom rail. Eye balling it. The 10 ball (the spot) does kind of bisect the line between the contact on the first rail and the one ball.

I tried to apply the Corner-5 system. I think he was aiming from about 65, which would require hitting 45 on the first long rail in order to hit 20 on the second long rail (65 - 45 = 20), but he aimed at about 30 on the first long rail. He also hit the CB with backspin to shorten the CB off the first long rail. I think the green ball was in the way of the Corner-5 track.

Can't really tell but looked to me like he was pointing just past the ten a ways in from the corner. Could be a track line but it also kinda bisects the first rail and the one ball. He certainly didn't parallel anything. Modded +2 or some manner of 5 system. Other guesses include a mirror image 5 because the reference track was conveniently where he stood blah blah...
Why doesn't someone ask him?

Grady Mathews finer points of pool covers one pretty well.
Grady gave me a copy long ago. I learned a lot from it.
