Let me first say this is my first post on AZ,I have read this forum almost every day for the last several years and never felt the urge to post until now. Thru the info I found on this site I got in touch with Ron Vitello of NYC. Ron is in my opinion the most giving and knowledgeable person in the pool world today. Ron doesn't know me from Adam but answered my questions and gave me a aiming lesson on the phone on his dime for free. I think Ron is a person who truly wants people to get his information to help elevate our sport, I have played all my life from a very young age and no one until Ron has ever given me anything in pool without me prying it out of them. Over the years I went to Madison Wi. twice and spent time with Jerry Briesath, and a few years later I made three trips to Rockford IL. and went to Bob Radford's Cue-U both are considered as good as they come, and they are for teaching stance, stroke, theory and all the building blocks needed to play this game well, and I highly recommend both but where they fall short is aiming, Ron V. has got aiming and allot of other stuff figured out and more importantly can teach it to others. You know part of me would like to keep him a secret but that would just make me part of the knowledge problem in pool, besides anyone who is as giving as Ron is should be acknowledged.
