Sailor cue that was a McDermott

I've got what looks like a early 70's McDermott that was redone by Frank, Ive been told, Looks like a tourney prize cue with rosewood butt, and naturally all inlays have been redone. I am certain it is a Sailor due to the stamp under the laquer on the shaft, along with the painted signature under the laquer. If anyone has knowledge of this cue please share what you know. I have tried to get ahold of the family with no success for conformation. As I say any info would be helpful. Thanks Much.
