Original curly maple shaft (thinner than 13mm) and a a new shaft built by Bob Runde (new shaft has a 13mm ivory ferrule and a medium Moori tip).
Bob also wrapped the cue with a white with black speck Irish Linen which is the original color he used back in the days when he made this cue for Schon.
There are four razor sharp points (no panagraph used on this cue) of ebony and four sets of veneers from red to black to red to black into stained maple. The same firey red is used in the windows in the butt and the ringwork (silver rings not stiches) Iabove and below the the wrap. The ivory diamonds in the points and the windows bring the whole composition to life.
The cue is 58 inches long and weighs right around 19.2 ounces.
Shane,
Would your friend be interested in the R-6 that I sent you the pics of yesterday? Two original shafts and one new one that Evan Clarke made (Schon name near the joint), leather wrap. Thanks.
hey Kung Fu Master.. you may want to reply to your other thread since this is really the old thread that they showed you for the link.. and the person who has the R12.. may not see it...
