I ordered an 8-point Szamboti style cue from Andy Gilbert a few months ago, and the item is pretty much complete minus the scrimm inlays on the butt sleeve. I wanted something original yet not too "fancy," but my mind drew a total blank.

Well, I finally came up with something I haven't seen here yet -- an egyptian style cartouche... here's the results:

Would you believe my real name is somewhere in there? :D

Dude...that's pretty cool! What an ingenious way o put your name on a cue and still be able to sell it without a problem.

Now that is darn cool...mind if I ask how you got the symbols for your name? Love to see a website or something.

I looked up "Egyptian Heiroglyphics" in google and found several web sites with names->heiroglyphics translators. Once I had the symbols, MS-Paint did the rest.
