I read this as well, IBA reported that he saw it on the Southern Billiard forum, I have tried to have this information verified and have had no luck finding anyone else that know of the 15k. I primarily want to know what the races were and how many sets.

I browsed around Southern Billiards and did not find anything other then the races to 11 that occurred this past Tuesday.

I spoke with Adam "The Sleeve" Behnke yesterday and so far Alex has beat Shane on 2 seperate occasions.

The first was 10 ball race to 11. Alex came out 2 sets winner for $1k each.

The second time they were playing 9 ball race to 16 (I know...why 16?) and Alex won 2 sets there as well. I want to say they were playing for a dime there as well but I can't swear to it. If someone lost $15K betting on race to 16 9 ball sets it sure was not Shane's money. Might have been someone on the side.

Adam never mentioned the $15K.

Just got off "The Sleeve Hotline", Sleeve says the 9 ball sets were for a dime each. Total for the JOB trip is Shane stuck $4K to the Killer Pixie. But since he won the Midnight Madness it probably doesn't sting as bad.

Adam had no clue where the $15K thing is coming from.
