simonis royal blue do theyhave less stretch

I am doing a table for a friend with simonis 860 royal blue and it seems to not have the same stretch as the more popular colors,I once worked in a textile company and the darker colors were more prone to tearing easier,just wondering if anyone else has ever had this

Ive put on quite a few black 860s and Ive never noticed it, maybe its mental because you've been on that side of the industry.
