I just got the first Prototype unit completed. It turned out perfect and exactly as designed. All the designing time spent was well worth the wait. There were no shortcuts taken or cost cuts made in designing this Headstock. My number one priority was and always will be offering you the best quality and best price possible. All my headstocks will have 3 of the best quality sealed bearings on the market. I cant go into details on the design. But I will provide Technical specs and bearing and spindle runout as soon as I get them measured.
This one piece headstock is and will be the best Cue Lathe Headstock on the market in price, design, accuracy, and over all functionality.
This headstock will feature mainly 1/2HP DC motor with speed control and Reverse switch. It will also have an optional 2 speed setting high (300-2200RPM) and low (150-1100RPM). Or you can specify your desired speed setting and I can set it for that if possible.
