Hey everybody! I'm putting this out on behalf of my home court, Fast Eddie's Culebra.
We now have a 9 ball tournament every thursday starting at 9pm. The first one we did started at 8pm but I think they bumped it to try and get more walk-ins. Right now we got a few players from Embassy coming down for it and the regulars from home. The race is partially up to the players, but last night we had race to 4 winners, 3 on the losers.
Its $10 buy in, full payout, and $50 added when we hit 16 players. Its alternating break as well. If you're looking for something to do on your Thursday night or just some quick cash if you got the game, then come on out to FE Culebra location. I'm pretty sure its $2 domestics on Thursday as well.
My only beef is that we're playing across 8 and 9 foot tables. I suppose that I should play decent on both tables, but personally it screws me up going from a slow cloth 8ft to a fast as hell 9ft. Though, I'm sure when everyone comes together before the tournament it would be open to change should everyone vote on it.
