Tim Scruggs Sneaky - 3 piece

It will sale a lot better and faster by just posting a price...
 
Was this cue made as a jump break by Scruggs or did somebody else other than Scruggs cut this and install the jump joint. If not Scruggs, not worth as much. Post price please.

I am not the original owner of the cue, but I was told it was made by Scruggs and is 100% original. The jump joint certainly appears to be made by Scruggs.
