I always hunt for interesting Titlist conversions, here are a few that could be special or could be run of the mill.

The first cue on the bottom left, has the hall marks of a rambow. Also No bumper, so it could be.
Only thing I would say, is the butt is a bit on the thin side.

I thought the same thing when I got it however the original shaft appears to have a screw on ferrule which from my understanding was only used by Palmer and Paradise.
Looks identical but the foil doesn't have the palmer logo and is reflective in a different way, maybe early Palmer pre logo?
Ah OK, yeah I think your right. Thay both did ferrules that way.
