Vintage cue rack, Chicago

This was found at an estate sale in the Chicago area. There was a vintage ball rack with it also. I had to disassemble it to get it home. After some light restoration I reassembled and got it hung on the wall.
Garden City Billiard Table co is on the top. I suspect that that was added from a previous owner.
There was a company in Chicago with that name in the late 1800's but there is not much info about it.
Brunswick made nearly identical racks as this so I figure it was made by them after the turn of the century.

Thanks Lou, I found another one a year ago that's quite old too, it was just 8 miles away from where I live. It was crazy because I live in a pool desert. That rack was in great shape and made by Bott Brothers billiard supply out of Columbus Ohio. It is also from the late 1800's. Sorry about the large pics my resizing game is in a slump.

Nice score and beautiful collection of old cues.

I've got one I picked up three years ago at a garage sale in IA. It has what looks like a catalog or item number branded in the back but no makers name or stickers anywhere.

I have several BBC racks but have never come across anything quite this fancy from BBC and have never seen anything like it pop up in google searches. It's missing whatever was on each of the corners so I would love to find a similar one just so I could match those missing pieces up.

Brunswick builds are pretty distinguishable from the back. Do you have a picture of the wall side?

I have never seen a rack that is like that one. If you do a search with that picture using Google lens
you can see similar racks and come up with some ideas for the corner pieces.
Thanks for the pictures.

I'm a buyer for this, I have some Garden City cues.

I have some old Brunswick racks and nameplates to trade as well 😅
