Hello all, I am new here. My main reason for coming here is to try and sell my Cog. I am from Chicago and bought this cue from Joe himself. I helped him design it on the computer back in the mid 90's. I can't remember the date exactly. I used to hang out at the Cafe on Irving park Rd when he used to frequent there looking for some action. That's how I met him. I was good friends with his assistant Steve and very good friends with Kyle from Mariposa ( I actually helped him out with his first couple batches of cues in the basement of the cafe ) . Either way that's a little info about me since I am new here and this cue is expensive. I have never sold a cue before so that is new to me and need some help. I was directed here by someone online that buys and sells collectibles. Either way the cue is in the 19oz range, I will get the stats for sure. It's a 4 point Ebony, ivory and malachite cue, not turquoise. It has the diamonds on the tips of the points with the green dot. It's a real head turner. What I need is some direction as to how to appraise it and go about selling it from some of you that know how this is handled. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get here. It is in fantastic condition. I've used it 10 times at the most since I got it. I will post some simple pics since this little camera sucks but I can try to do better next week if anyone is interested. I'd rather try and appraise it properly instead of throwing numbers out there as to it's value.
Thanks again, Here are the pics.
