Hey, which sneaky pete cues that are cheap, like $20 a piece or so, stand up the best, stay the straightest ect.... I would like to get 5 of them for now. Any dealers here have some for sale? Nate.

there is a guy on ebay selling these sneakys 4 for $100 shipped. I think they are called eliminator, or intimidator. I don't know if they are any good, but sure are cheap enough. hope this helps.

Why not one piece cues??

If you can sign up for a dealer account then you will find that the Sterling Sneaky Petes are probably the best out there for the money. I'd put them up against just about anyone else's as far as fit and finish and true sneakiness goes.

OK, thanks for the replys, I need two piece as I am going to sell them to bar players, I just needed to get some cheaper cues.

I bought a bunch of Eliminators for resale locally from that guy on EBay. Well worth the money. You'd be amazed at the quality for that cheap. Very well balanced and you can actually play a decent game with one. I've had more expensive cues that shot like crap compared to the Eliminator. Probably get them faster from Troy. Paid $20 a piece for them and have not had a problem reselling them for $60. I put a Super Pro on one and use it for a breaker.

Nate, the best inexpensive SP's I've seen or played with up here are Player's cues that can be purchased from various folks online or maybe here and, they seem to play well and hold up over time very well too.

It's hard to imagine anything for $20 being something that will hold up well over time -- but, who the heck knows until you give them a whirl???

I don't think you can buy a good one piece Valley or Dufferin house cue for much less than $30.....so, I would just throw a little caution your way.

Age old saying is "you get what you pay for" ;)

Best of luck with your search

OK, I would love to get like 10 of the players sneaky's but I cant find anyone who sells them for close to the price I was hoping to get. thanks, Nate.

Cost on the Sterlings Sneaky's should be around $30 each and I will be happy to put any Sterling Sneaky up against a Player's for quality and looks. And playability as well but both are close in the hit.

Seriously, I did this at a show where a Players dealer was telling me how good his Players sneakys were and I told him to go over and pick Sterling sneakys at random and compare them to each of his players for beauty, length of points, and wood quality.

When compared side by side the higher quality of the Sterlings is readily apparent.

I don't know how anyone could make a cue of this quality at this price to be honest with you but they do. They aren't $20 each but for $30 at dealer price and $60 retail they are are a damn good cue for the money and for sure better than Players.

If any dealer here wants to order both and do an independent review with pictures then do so. I will pay you $100 for your time and expect NOTHING but detailed pictures of the cues side by side with an honest comparision. If I am wrong then I will eat my words and it will cost me $100 to eat them. I am right then you all will see that for $3 more on the dealer side you get a much a better cue.

I am just that convinced on this particular Sterling cue against the Players version. And you know how I get when I convinced of something :-)
